PC and PET face stocks can be quoted with 3M 300LSE, 9472, 467, or 468 options when suitable. The final face stock, print, laminate, and adhesive are recorded for approval.

Warning Labels
For safety labels, the application matters as much as the print. Surface, outdoor exposure, cleaning chemicals, abrasion, and edge design should be reviewed before the material is selected.
- Application: tell us the surface, outdoor exposure, cleaning method, and required service conditions
- 3M option: 300LSE / 9472 / 467 / 468 when peel on LSE plastics or oily metal is the failure mode
- Proof: material report + FAI on your enclosure
- Approval: confirm artwork, dimensions, and material sample before production
Equipment Labels
PC and PET IDs with industrial 3M backs when the housing chemistry demands it — stack written on the PO.
- Construction: PC or PET face stock with the selected adhesive recorded on the approval file
- Face stocks: PC hard-case nameplates, silver / matte PET serial & rating marks
- Proof: material datasheet + sample check on your housing material (painted steel, ABS, PP)
- Approval: sample timing is confirmed after artwork and material are clear
Graphic Overlays
PC overlays cut to drawing — windows, keypad openings, deadfronts — with 3M backs when long-term peel is non-negotiable.
- Drawing control: windows, cutouts, and overall dimensions are checked against the approved file
- Materials: ~0.25 mm PC options, abrasion-resistant print, matte / gloss / texture
- Proof: dimensional FAI + adhesion check on your panel blank
- Approval: confirm appearance, dimensions, and adhesive before the production lot
